It has been brought to our attention that there is an error in our paper¹ on French colorectal cancer screening pilot programme: results of the first round.

In several places in this paper, ademona and cancer detection rates, which were calculated per 1000, were presented erroneously as percentages (%) rather than .

The correction, replacing the symbol % with a should be made in the following places:

P 143 (Abstract: Results) 2.3, 3.4 and 1.4

P 146 (Results, column one, paragraph beginning ‘Results were available...’ from line 13) 7.2, 4.2, 10.9, 2.3, 2.4, 1.4, 3.4, 4.8, 10.4, 0.8, and 4.3
